Most Ex-Barolo
The production process of MOST is initially the same as for wine, fresh grapes are harvested and cleaned. This is followed by the process of pressing the grapes from which the must is obtained. Grape fermentation is followed by distillation in a copper distiller. The obtained aquavite is then aged in once-used oak barrels in which Barolo wine has matured.

About Distillery
The top quality of the distillates reveals the character of the Tosolini family, who have been creating a story of excellence full of passion and skill for years. A family story in which tradition comes together with innovation. Bepi Tosolini’s vision, above all others, has designed a future in which grappa from humble origins is transformed into an elegant and sophisticated distillate for the most demanding drinkers.
All distillates and liqueurs are made by hand in small quantities, according to traditional methods. Members of the Tosolini family have been personally monitoring all stages of production for 75 years to ensure top quality. For their products they use only natural raw materials of the highest quality and pure Alpine water.
